    Course 15

Helpful information as always. I think I will most use the part about leading the conversation on the phone with a client that gives more than just the essential information about what is going on with the pet.

    Confidential is the Key

Some clinics require owner consent in order to transfer any of their pets records, & I like that.

    Very Helpful

This course does have a lot of helpful information for recording keeping/confidentiality. I wish it went more into depth about confidentiality and maybe had a video on how to handle situations at the front desk that require privacy.

This course was very educational on the proper way of releasing medical records and how to properly input data into a medical record.
