  • What is Express Sign In (setting your initial password)?

    Our User Management System (UMS) has changed to make things easier. If you are coming over from IGNITE on Workplace for the first time, or if you have never set a password on this new UMS, you'll be prompted to set your password and complete the process. Once you've set and confirmed your password, you can continue with signing in.

  • It's saying "invalid email or password"

    If you're certain you're using the correct email address (either the email you used to sign in before, or the email you have been using on IGNITE on Workplace), try the "Forgot Password?" link. Look for an email to reset your password, then continue with sign in. If you need to change your email address, use the chat feature on this page, or reach out to [email protected]. Do not try creating a new account.

  • Why did the Sign In screen and process change?

    We've received feedback that the system that was in place was making it harder for our users to claim their accounts and get started. We take our users' feedback to heart and have decided rolling back to the system in place prior to August would be an improvement.

  • How do I move between IGNITE and EdQuest?

    IGNITE and EdQuest now have their own respective user management. Your username (email address) will continue to be the same for both, but your password needs to be set up independently for each experience. The easiest way to move between both remains the link in your student dashboard's side navigation.
