    Manage waiting times.

    I feel my practice's waiting times are tooooo long. We have tried many things to shorten the times but we haven't been able to come up with a solution. We have tried pre exam questionnaires which help shorten the check in time, but the time waiting in an exam room for the doctor is too long.
