Informative, but missing pieces
The course was informative and will be helpful in creating a CSR binder with a new CSR joining our team shortly. However, in "That First in-person meet and greet" under "Great them immediately" the audio example is not there. Then in the reinforcement check-in Drag and Drop "Six Goodies for new client/patient kits" the drag and drop does not work.
