Title describes exactly what is in this Course.

Text supports what our clinic does, practices and follows. Great to know we are on point.

    Professionalism

Would have liked to see more specifics on dress code. Specifically fit of clothes and what to wear under scrubs so when staff bends over to hold a pet, they are not showing more than needed. Definitely would have liked more specifics on phone use, we have a staff member who uses the mobile apps for bloodwork and xrays in the room. These apps are for staff use to look up things when off shift or away from a computer. We have shown him numerous times how to do the same things on the lab tops/tablets so it is easier for clients to see on a bigger screen. It looks like he's just reading a text on his phone because he will rattle off blood values while holding his phone and the client folders. He claims "his generation understands its an app" and "he's working" many of us think it looks so unprofessional and lazy when he could easily grab a laptop or tablet like the rest of the staff.
