    would have liked more information about how to deal with bullying clients. When dealing with a long term client they can be extremely rude to new employees who "don't know them" or have their pets entire medical history memorized.

    Interesting to find out the different types of bullies and the behaviors that each bully exhibits. Under "Take Advantage of Resources" there appear to be several links that do not work when clicked on.
