First, thank you for agreeing to test a new IGNITE creation, Kit Club, and provide us with your unvarnished feedback. Your input will make this product more valuable for the practices that will follow you.
Kit Club was born out of the many requests IGNITE has received over the years from Practice Managers and Owners to have our great learning videos and topics available separately to teach their practice teams during staff meetings. We listened. Kit Club is like a veterinary version of the meal kit company HelloFresh™. Practices will be able to select topics they like, each month (or more often), and know they can hit play on a fully “baked” staff meeting learning experience. No prep or time spent creating an engaging and educational staff meeting. We’ve done that for you.
HOW TO GET STARTED
To enroll as a beta tester, navigate to https://learn.ignitevet.com/bundles/kit-club and click on "Buy $199" then use the coupon code kitclubtogether to zero out the price. If you already have an account on IGNITE, you can log in to complete your enrollment. Otherwise, create a new account to begin using Kit Club. After completing enrollment, you will be directed to the first lesson of the Kit Club, TOOLKIT, for an overview and additional information. Once you have perused the Toolkit, it’s time to schedule your staff meeting. Please invite as many staff members as possible, but even small groups are welcome. The feedback survey included in the kit at the end of the presentation will be most valuable if used in a real staff meeting setting. Complete the Empathy Kit with your team and fill out the survey by November 19 to earn a $50 gift card.
We also have some technology for you to test. It is not live yet, so you can test it separately and at your convenience. It should then be evaluated by the person responsible for selecting the team training or meeting topics. You can’t break it, and it doesn’t go anywhere yet, but we want your feedback on its ease of use and appearance. At launch, this tool will be a key component of your Kit Club experience, allowing you to control the order in which your practice unlocks the available Kits. Test the tool by dragging available Kits into the month in which you’d like to experience that Kit. For now, you can place one Kit per month. As mentioned, our test Kit Selector tool does not currently affect your enrollments or access, so “Save Selections” is not possible. Feedback on this selector will be included in your end-of-program survey with the Kit.
