    Content is interesting. However, the 'online' course includes printing, filling out with a pen, taking a picture and then uploading this picture. Definitely not my definition of an online course...

    Would love to see actual vet clinic employees explaining the meanings or phrases/words. It would be great to give a little more explanation to the power of persuasion using knowledge/facts since that is a massive need for front desk.
