Dr. Jill Clark, DVM

Founder & Chief Visionary Officer

With nearly 30 years in veterinary medicine, Dr. Clark founded IGNITE in 2016 with a singular mission: elevate the knowledge of entire veterinary teams — not just doctors and technicians. After spending a decade in veterinary practice and 12 years with VCA Animal Hospitals where she rose to Vice President, Dr. Clark built something that had never existed before.

As VP of Operations for an 80-hospital group, she created VCA's award-winning corporate university, WOOF-U, which trained and developed over 24,000 veterinary learners. That experience proved what she already believed — that when every team member is invested in, patient outcomes and practice culture transform.
