Veterinary Receptionist Certificate of Excellence (VRCE) is a 13-week online certification that elevates CSR skills. VRCE graduates show higher competence and confidence in their role, increased appointment capture, improved phone skills, and better client experiences.
This program is designed for all veterinary hospital or clinic staff who want to enhance their skills, confidence, and value. While designed for veterinary receptionists at all levels, team members across the practice will gain valuable skills to improve client interactions, team communication, and daily performance.
Most students graduate in 13 weeks by spending about 20 minutes per day, 5 days per week. You'll have one full year from enrollment to review your resources and content, so there's no pressure if life gets busy.
The Hospital Champion is a dedicated cheerleader and encourager for your student. They provide consistent support and motivation throughout the learning journey. Your hospital designates this role — it can be anyone on the team.
You'll receive a VRCE certificate of completion, national recognition, a graduation pin, a digital VRCE badge, a window cling for your hospital, a 12-month NAAVR membership, and the opportunity to enroll in the CareCredit Finance Certificate at no charge. For a limited time, students who complete the program within 13 weeks also receive an exclusive VRCE hooded sweatshirt.
Yes. The General Practice (GP) track is designed for primary care, wellness, and community clinics. The Specialty & Emergency (ER) track is designed for emergency hospitals, specialty centers, and referral practices. Both share the same core modules but include track-specific lessons for communication scenarios unique to your clinic type.
