    As a CSR who is crossed trained I feel this is an important aspect for all CSRs they will have much more to offer the hospital and clients. Because some days WE REALLY NEED to get away from the desk!

    VRCE Semester 2 Course 15 - The Benefits of Cross-Training and Career Advancement

    This course was very informative and accurate because cross training is a great asset for the clinic to have. I believe that it helps with employee retention as well as educated employees to give the client the wow experience when they come to our clinic.
