Yes. One subscription covers one individual hospital, and every team member from that hospital can join at no additional cost. There is no per-seat charge.
Will each role still see a different dashboard?
Yes. Members can choose CSR, Technician / Assistant, Manager, or All Team. The dashboard changes the order and priority of content, while the full library remains available across roles.
What exactly does Sparky do?
Sparky helps team members find the right IGNITE lesson, SOP, script, template, resource, or practical answer in seconds. Sparky supports day-to-day veterinary practice work and does not replace clinical judgment.
Can we use Unlimited on mobile devices?
Yes. Unlimited works on phones, tablets, and desktop computers, so the team can use it at the front desk, between cases, or wherever the next question comes up.
Are VRCE, IVAP, and Kit Club included?
No. Unlimited includes Sparky, the role-based dashboard, and the Unlimited library. VRCE, IVAP, and Kit Club are separate IGNITE products.
